Preferential bookings for December 2023

As per usual, members can make their bookings for December 2023 from 1 November. In order for
this process to run as smoothly as possible, we would like to bring the following under our guests'
attention.

1. The preferential booking period for members is limited to the first 14 days of November.
Members will only have 14 days from 1 November 2021 to book (as implemented in 2021).
From 15 November 2021. Bookings will be opened to the general public. Bookings can be
made from 07:00 on 1 November 2022.

2. To protect your and our staffs safety, no bookings may be made in person at our Head
Office or at any of the resorts.

3. Members should please note that the #RekUit deposit policy for preferential bookings is still

4. Preferential bookings can now also be made online on the member platform
(https://lede.atkv.org.za/). Please note the following when booking online:

i. From 1 to 14 November, members can book online for December 2022.
ii. This applies to all the resorts. However, at ATKV Hartenbos, only accommodation
can be booked online (and telephonically) – bookings for camping will only be taken
telephonically.

5. When booking online:
i. You are only allowed to book ONE unit or stand
ii. You CANNOT choose a specific unit or stand, ONLY the unit type or camping stand
block
iii. The deposit is 50% of the total booking value, just like with normal online bookings.

6. Members are encouraged to ensure that they are registered and have access to the online
member portal beforehand when booking online, to avoid disappointment. If you are unsure
or need help, please phone our member contact department on 011 919 9000.
