Conference booking conditions

Packages as described in the package tariffs and accommodation tariffs are only available for midweek, low-season bookings if the full, fixed 24-hour packages are taken.

  • Accommodation prices apply irrespective of the units that are booked. Flats and luxury units are made available only if all the rondavels are already booked.

  • For weekend tariffs, please contact us for the prices of available units.

  • Shared accommodation normally entails two people per unit, depending on availability. Bigger groups share with a maximum of one person per double bed.

  • Conferences may be booked for Mondays to Sundays. Please note that bookings depend on the availability of standard units.

  • No conference bookings may be made for long weekends or school holidays.

  • Bookings are made only if the valid, signed contracts and the deposits are received on the dates specified.

  • Cancellation conditions apply from the day of booking.

  • Prospective conference-goers may visit the resort by appointment from Monday to Thursday.

  • Commissions are paid to agents only when groups are referred directly by agencies from the time of the first quotations.

  • Prices over weekends may change depending on the availability of quoted units and venues.

Right of admission is reserved. Anyone deemed by the resort manager or any of the staff to misbehave must leave the premises on request. Admission fees are not refundable.
